Zions Latest To Settle In Huge DataTreasury IP Suit

Law360, New York (February 24, 2009) -- Zions Bancorporation and Zions First National Bank have become the latest companies to settle with DataTreasury Corp. in a protracted lawsuit that accused more than 50 financial companies of infringing several patents related to check-imaging and other banking technology.
