Cisco Asks To Stay Royalty Talks In Telcordia IP Suit

Law360, New York (February 24, 2009) -- Cisco Systems Inc. has asked a federal judge to stay negotiations to calculate an ongoing royalty for future infringement of an optical networking system patent belonging to Telcordia Technologies Inc., citing appeals from both sides after a $6.5 million jury verdict in the case.
