Comcast Docs Protected From Mass. Tax Boss: Court

Law360, New York (March 04, 2009) -- A Massachusetts court has ruled that the state's work-product doctrine protected disclosure to the tax commissioner of discussions between Comcast Corp.'s in-house attorney and outside accountants over the structure of a stock sale mandated by an antitrust consent decree with the federal government.
