Law360, New York (March 06, 2009) -- A judge has signed off on the stipulated dismissal of a suit by Land Rover against its insurer American Insurance Group Inc. over claims related to an AIG subrogation suit against the automaker to recover $12 million paid in a settlement over a wreck involving a Land Rover vehicle.
