RIM Calls Visto Out On Past Patent Admissions

Law360, New York (March 17, 2009) -- BlackBerry maker Research In Motion Ltd. has fired back with counterclaims in a suit filed by Visto Corp. over alleged infringement of several patents, asserting that Visto already admitted that some of the patents were invalid in past litigation.
