Law360, New York (March 17, 2009) -- Asserting that Bridgestone Firestone North American Tire LLC’s claims “are unambiguously excluded” from insurance policies, Liberty Mutual Insurance Co. has asked a judge to rule that it is not required to cover defense costs in a lawsuit in which Firestone employees allege that unreasonable factory noise caused them to suffer hearing loss.
