Law360, New York (March 24, 2009) -- The maker of intravenous antibiotic Cubicin has filed a lawsuit against Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd. and two subsidiaries, claiming Teva has infringed three patents for Cubicin by seeking U.S. Food and Drug Administration approval to make and market a generic version of the drug.
Cubist Pharmaceuticals Inc. lodged the lawsuit against Teva, Teva Parenteral Medicines Inc. and Teva Pharmaceuticals USA Inc. on Monday in the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware....
