Life Technologies, GE Settle DNA Kit Suit

Law360, New York (March 31, 2009) -- Life Technologies Corp. has struck a deal to resolve its infringement suit against General Electric Co. and several GE health care units over a patent covering DNA amplification kits; however, a separate Life Technologies suit against GE over six patents related to reverse transcriptase enzyme kits continues.
