Northwest Escapes Patent Suit Without A Payment

Law360, New York (April 07, 2009) -- Two patent holders have agreed to drop a case in which they accused Northwest Airlines Inc. of infringing their intellectual property for broadcast technology that helps to track aircraft, in a deal that saw no money exchange hands.
