Drugmakers' Google Links Draw Wrath Of FDA

Law360, New York (April 08, 2009) -- Thursday is the deadline for 14 drugmakers — including Pfizer Inc., Eli Lilly & Co. and GlaxoSmithKline PLC — to respond to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration's complaint that they are violating the law by omitting risk information in sponsored links on Google and other search engines.
