Expert Testimony Blocked In St. Croix Class Action

Law360, New York (April 15, 2009) -- A federal judge has blocked the testimony of four expert witnesses who sought to link St. Croix islanders' injuries to spillage of red mud, as a 10-year-old class action accusing aluminum refiners of liability in connection with the ravages of Hurricane Georges makes its way through court.
