Law360, New York (April 22, 2009) -- Attorneys for the plaintiffs have asked a judge to approve $10 million in settlements between Arkema Inc. and FMC Corp. and direct purchasers of their hydrogen peroxide products, which would bring an end to the class action over alleged price-fixing in the market.
