Arkema, Others Strike $15M Deal In Antitrust Action

Law360, New York (April 23, 2009) -- Chemical companies Evonik Degussa Corp., Lucite International Inc., Arkema Inc. and Imperial Chemical Industries Ltd. have agreed to pay a total of $15.1 million to settle a long-running class action alleging a conspiracy to drive up the prices of methyl methacrylate and acrylic.
