Judge Trims SEC's Case Against Lucent Execs

Law360, New York (April 28, 2009) -- A judge has tossed primary liability claims against all four remaining defendants in the accounting fraud case involving Lucent Technologies Inc., but other charges brought by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission will remain intact.
