4th Exec Takes Deal In DOJ Cargo Price-Fixing Probe

Law360, New York (April 29, 2009) -- A former vice president at Martinair Holland NV has become the fourth executive to accept a plea deal in the U.S. Department of Justice's investigation into a price-fixing conspiracy for international air cargo rates that has already led to guilty pleas or settlements from 15 airlines and more than $1.6 billion in fines.
