Pharmacies Appeal AWP Class Action Settlement

Law360, New York (May 01, 2009) -- Representatives of the pharmacy industry are objecting to recent settlements in average wholesale price litigation against drug pricing publishers First DataBank Inc. and Medi-Span, claiming the deal will cost pharmacies $68 million a year in Medicaid reimbursements.
