Columbia Gas Pitches Deal In Suit Over Pipeline

Law360, New York (May 05, 2009) -- Columbia Gas Transmission LLC has asked a federal judge to certify a class of about 111 plaintiffs and give a green light to a settlement deal in a case over alleged contamination from an abandoned natural gas pipeline.
