Former Enron Broadband Exec Gets 16 Months

Law360, New York (September 28, 2009, 6:01 PM ET) -- The former co-head of Enron Broadband Services Inc. was sentenced Monday to 16 months in prison and ordered to hand over about $8.6 million in forfeiture and restitution for disseminating misstatements about the viability of Enron Corp.'s failed telecommunications venture.
