Anadarko, KMG Can't Escape Tronox Securities Case

Law360, New York (January 05, 2011, 3:24 PM ET) -- A federal judge on Wednesday mostly denied attempts by former Tronox Inc. owner Kerr-McGee Corp. and Anadarko Petroleum Corp., which bought the pigment maker, to escape a consolidated securities class action claiming they artificially inflated the company's stock price.
