Law360, New York (January 26, 2011, 5:31 PM ET) -- The U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission announced two proposed rules on Wednesday that would require commodity pool operators and commodity trading advisers to file annual reports.
The rules, crafted jointly with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, provide for new data collection of asset managers as mandated under the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act.
