Money Manager Indicted Over Regulator Death Threats

Law360, New York (January 26, 2011, 7:49 PM ET) -- A former commodities trader has been indicted on charges of threatening to murder 47 attorneys and officials of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission and other financial regulatory bodies.

Vincent P. McCrudden, 49, was charged in a grand jury indictment filed Tuesday in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York with two counts of transmitting threats to injure.
