Law360, New York (October 20, 2011, 5:23 PM ET) -- Former Godfrey & Kahn SC attorney Randall J. Erickson has rejoined the firm as partner, bringing his experience in banking, securities, and mergers and acquisitions law to its Milwaukee office, the firm announced Wednesday.
Erickson joins the firm from financial services company Marshall & Ilsley Corp., which was acquired by the Bank of Montreal earlier this year. He had been general counsel, chief administrative officer and senior vice president at the company since 2002.
