Law360, New York (May 10, 2012, 10:37 PM ET) -- Truck maker Paccar Inc. has been targeted by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission in a probe over its financial reporting over a three-year period, the company said in a regulatory filing Thursday.
Paccar said the agency gave it notice in April that it is seeking information about its loan loss reserves, debt restructuring and segment reporting for the period between 2008 and 2011.
