Law360, New York (September 20, 2007, 12:00 AM ET) -- Apple Inc. CEO Steve Jobs has reportedly been subpoenaed to give deposition in the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission's civil enforcement action against the tech giant's former general counsel.
In a suit filed in April in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California, the SEC accused former Apple general counsel Nancy Heinen of playing a role in an alleged options backdating scheme at the company.
