Law360, New York (October 10, 2008, 12:00 AM ET) -- Months after being found guilty, a former senior lawyer at General Reinsurance Corp. is staring at life in prison for his role in a shady insurance deal with insurance giant and recent bailout beneficiary, American International Group Inc.
On Thursday, the government requested that Robert Graham be sentenced to over 200 years behind bars along with four other former executives, maintaining that 250 AIG investors lost at least $544 million from the fraudulent arrangement with General Re.
