Law360, New York (January 22, 2009, 12:00 AM ET) -- Magic Circle law firm Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP has announced plans to launch a U.S. litigation practice with the addition of three New York-based partners.
Aaron Marcu, Benito Romano and Adam Siegel will join Freshfields’ New York office Jan. 26, to form the core of the firm's new U.S. litigation, white collar defense and investigations practice.
London-based Freshfields has an established U.S. presence with offices in New York and Washington, D.C., but until now has had no U.S.-based litigation practice.
