Law360, New York (September 01, 2006, 12:00 AM ET) -- A former Enron executive who pled guilty to federal charges of improperly recognizing revenue has asked a court if he can take it back.
One-time Enron vice president Christopher Calger has asked a court to allow him to withdraw his guilty plea, after the court overturned the conviction of a former Merrill Lynch executive found guilty in a different case.
Last year, Calger pled guilty to federal charges of improperly recognizing revenue in an Enron transaction labeled Coyote Springs 2.
