Venezuelan Oil Co. Wants Trigeant Antitrust Suit Nixed

Law360, New York (October 06, 2009, 3:12 PM ET) -- Venezuela's state-owned crude oil supplier has asked a judge to dismiss the latest complaint from Trigeant Ltd., arguing that the Florida-based petroleum refiner still has not shown federal jurisdiction exists over allegations that the foreign entity drove the company out of the Florida market for paving asphalt.
