Law360, New York (November 09, 2006, 12:00 AM ET) -- A woman who was denied survivor’s benefits under the Black Lung Benefits Act after her husband died from working in coal mines for 36 years has been given a second chance by the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals.
On Wednesday, Nora Collins’ case was reversed and remanded back to the Benefits Review Board.
