La., Superdome Want Out Of Merrill Lynch ARS MDL

Law360, New York (December 11, 2009, 5:27 PM ET) -- The state of Louisiana and the agency that runs the Superdome have asked a judge to sever their case against Merrill Lynch & Co. Inc., Financial Guaranty Insurance Co. and others from multidistrict litigation over the banking giant's marketing of auction rate securities.
