EPA Drops Objection To Suit Over La. Sewage Plants

Law360, New York (April 05, 2010, 3:56 PM ET) -- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency has formally withdrawn its determination that a local environmental group had no standing to bring a citizen suit against Baton Rouge, La., that alleged Clean Water Act violations at three sewage treatment plants.
