DOC Final Ruling Finds Chinese Steel Grating Subsidized

Law360, New York (June 01, 2010, 5:06 PM ET) -- The U.S. Department of Commerce said Tuesday it had issued a final ruling finding certain imports of steel grating from China are being sold in the U.S. for less than fair value and unfairly subsidized by the Chinese government.

Commerce said it issued affirmative final determinations in its countervailing and anti-dumping investigations into Ningbo Jiulong Machinery Manufacturing Co./Ningbo Zhenhai Jiulong Electronic Equipment Factory and other Chinese producers.
