Law360, New York (January 26, 2007, 12:00 AM ET) -- OCA Inc., the orthodontic and dental services company, was all smiles Friday as a bankruptcy judge gave its reorganization plan the green light and it exited Chapter 11.
The judge confirmed the plan the same day as the company’s exit in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana, just 10 months after the Metaire, La.-based company sought bankruptcy protection.
