SC High Court Sets New Rule In $31M Ford Appeal

Law360, New York (August 18, 2010, 1:32 PM ET) -- The Supreme Court of South Carolina has granted Ford Motor Co.'s appeal of a $31 million jury award for a man who suffered brain damage when the 1987 Ford Bronco he was riding in rolled over, ordering a new trial and setting a new product liability rule for the state.
