Law360, New York (August 19, 2010, 11:53 AM ET) -- Two women who sued Pfizer Inc. unit Wyeth over the hormone therapy drug Prempro will seek a new trial following a jury's finding that Prempro did not cause their breast cancer, one of their attorneys said Thursday.
The jury's decisions came Wednesday following about a half day of deliberations and a three-and-a-half-week trial in the Philadelphia County Court of Common Pleas.
