Nadel's Attorneys Seek Leniency

Law360, New York (October 18, 2010, 1:27 PM ET) -- Attorneys for admitted Ponzi schemer Arthur Nadel have said that the government's sentencing requests for their client may have been intended to deflect criticisms that prosecutors did not pursue criminal charges against the managers of three Florida hedge funds who also played a role in the fraud.
