La. Plaintiffs Score Appeal In FEMA Trailer MDL

Law360, New York (October 26, 2010, 2:19 PM ET) -- The federal judge overseeing multidistrict litigation over allegedly toxic trailers provided to hurricane victims has granted the plaintiffs’ interlocutory appeal of a May ruling that freed the U.S. government of negligence under Louisiana law.

On Monday, Judge Kurt D.
