Law360, New York (October 26, 2010, 6:55 PM ET) -- A bankruptcy judge has given video rental company Movie Gallery Inc. the green light to auction off its store brands Hollywood Video, Movie Gallery and Game Crazy.
Judge Douglas O. Tice Jr. of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Virginia on Monday approved the debtor's motion to authorize its sale procedures for an auction of these brands and their associated intellectual property rights to be handled by advisory firm Streambank LLC on Nov. 9.
