Cancer Patients Fight Insurer's Bid To Block Discovery

Law360, New York (November 01, 2010, 4:21 PM ET) -- A putative class of cancer patients accusing American Fidelity Assurance Co. of short-changing cancer patients through its reimbursement regime for supplemental policies is trying to prevent the insurer from seeking protection from discovery orders in other courts.
