Sex Trademark 'Bulldog' Seeks More High Court Relief

Law360, New York (November 16, 2010, 3:54 PM ET) -- The owner of a Kentucky sex shop blocked from calling itself Victor's Little Secret after an epic trademark fight with Victoria's Secret Stores Inc. has asked the nation’s top court to take up the dilution case again.
