Senate Panel Greenlights 3 US Atty Nominees

Law360, New York (November 18, 2010, 4:09 PM ET) -- The Senate Judiciary Committee on Thursday unanimously approved three nominees — one a former state attorney general — to serve as U.S. attorneys for districts in North Carolina, Delaware and Arkansas.

The three nominees are Charles M. Oberly III, for the District of Delaware; Ripley E. Rand, for the Middle District of North Carolina; and William C. Eldridge, for the Western District of Arkansas. Thursday's approvals send their nominations to the full Senate.
