Law360, New York (November 19, 2010, 2:02 PM ET) -- General Electric Co. has settled a putative collective action in which service technicians accused the household appliance giant of failing to pay them proper overtime.
In an order Thursday, Judge Kenneth A. Marra of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida approved the settlement between the company and plaintiffs, dismissing the case brought under the Fair Labor Standards Act.
