Law360, New York (December 20, 2010, 7:40 PM ET) -- The former chief executive of William Morris Agency LLC accused Winston & Strawn LLP and one of its partners Monday of helping jailed money manager Kenneth Ira Starr steal $2 million from him and his wife.
James and Elizabeth Wiatt filed suit against Starr, Winston & Strawn and its former partner Jonathan S. Bristol in the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, just four days after prosecutors charged the ex-partner with helping Starr swindle his clients out of $59 million.
