Navy Fights To Shield Records In Whale Habitat Suit

Law360, New York (March 01, 2011, 2:59 PM ET) -- The U.S. Navy on Monday challenged a federal judge's order to provide certain records in a Georgia lawsuit over its impending $100 million undersea warfare training range near a habitat for the endangered North Atlantic right whale.
