11th Circ. Fast-Tracks Health Care Reform Fight

Law360, New York (March 11, 2011, 6:01 PM ET) -- The Eleventh Circuit decided Friday to speed up the appeal of a Florida federal judge's ruling that struck down the entire health care reform law as unconstitutional because it requires individuals to buy health insurance or pay a penalty.

“This order is in the interest of all Americans who need expeditious resolution of this important constitutional question,” South Dakota Attorney General Marty Jackley said in a statement Friday.
