Law360, New York (April 29, 2011, 4:04 PM ET) -- Federal prosecutors on Thursday asked a judge to reject a motion by the son of disgraced anti-tobacco attorney Richard Scruggs that sought to disqualify a Mississippi prosecutor who negotiated his guilty plea in a judicial bribery scandal.
