Law360, New York (May 06, 2011, 2:01 PM ET) -- A Florida federal judge refused Thursday to award attorneys' fees to a group of insurers that earlier won dismissal of Rolls-Royce PLC's suit seeking coverage in litigation over the allegedly defective Mermaid propulsion system for cruise ships.
