Law360, New York (July 12, 2011, 12:48 PM ET) -- Weight Watchers International Inc. should have to defend all claims in a putative class action alleging the company failed to pay meeting organizers for work they did before and after holding member support sessions, a North Carolina federal judge recommended Monday.
U.S. Magistrate Judge Wallace W. Dixon recommended that a district judge deny the weight loss provider's motion to dismiss one of the suit's claims, finding it was distinct enough from the remaining two claims to stand on its own.
