Order Seeking WikiLeaks Associates’ Twitter Data OK'd

Law360, New York (November 10, 2011, 6:20 PM ET) -- A Virginia federal judge on Thursday backed the issuance of an order directing Twitter Inc. to hand over information to the government regarding the accounts of three people associated with WikiLeaks, despite their protestations that the order violated their First and Fourth amendment rights.
