Law360, New York (November 15, 2011, 1:55 PM ET) -- Duke Energy Renewables has purchased three commercial solar projects from alternative energy provider ESA Renewables LLC, Duke said Tuesday, revealing that it now owns seven solar farms in North Carolina.
Duke did not reveal the terms of its acquisition of three 1-megawatt projects in or near Murphy, N.C. — the 4,298-panel Murphy Farm Solar Project, the 4,340-panel Wingate Solar Project and the 4,242-panel Holiness Solar Project.
